House clearance costs are based on the time involved in the clearance plus the cost of disposing of the waste at Council operated landfill sites.

Should you wish to negotiate a part-sale for items of value, this will be deducted from your invoice.  In some cases, it may be possible to trade the entire cost of the clearance against items of value.

Once a quote has been given and accepted, we guarantee not to charge more.
